There's a minor visual bug when comparing results.
In the bottom pane, even when the comparison isn't the same, it still displays an equals, even though it does see a difference between the two objects.
It does this for any objects... tables, triggers, indexes, stored procedures, functions. It's really a minor thing, but it does add a little confusion.
