why no query plan for some queries

On the overview page I have query that is at the top of the list.there is no query plan when I go to look for it why is this? There is cleary a lot happeninfg with this query 10,466 physical reads and 171493000 logical reads

    We simply scrape these from SQL Server, are these query plans showing up in SSMS but not Monitor?
