SQL Prompt not available as menu option after upgrading Sql server 2012 to Sql server 2016.

Hi,

SQL Prompt is not available as menu option after I upgraded my SQL Server 2012 to SQL server 2016 Release 17.1.

Any help in this regard will be helpful.

    Hi @Santosh_Mavuduri ,

    Thanks for your post! Unfortunately when you install a new version of SSMS SQL Prompt does not automatically add itself so you will have to uninstall and reinstall SQL Prompt to get it to appear.

    You don't need to deactivate all the products.
    Just deactivate and activate Prompt, it will be sufficient.
