Jenkins build - ignore static data in build?

I have a redgate build (redgate dlm automation plugin) on Jenkins and do not want to include the static data from our Git source control. It fails on the build insert data every time even though identity_insert is turned on with unique ID's.

Is there anyway of ignoring this on the build? I have tried various options of setting ignorestaticdata but each time the option is invalid. It does not work in compare options or filter path. Please advise as I seem to have exhausted all options apart from unlinking the static data from the source control.

Well the only way was to disable all triggers in the Testing environment

I would really like an option to ignore static data too. We use TeamCity, but the fundamental problem is the same. Our build server occasionally times out while inserting statically source controlled data. At least for the build process, we really don't care about that part of our database.
