Error loading type library/DLL

I've uninstalled and reinstalled SQL Prompt a couple times, but continue to receive this error:
Error loading type library/DLL. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80029C4A (TYPE_E_CANTLOADLIBRARY))

I get this error in Visual Studio 2013, Visual Studio 2015, SSMS 2014, and SSMS 2016. I'm not able to use any SQL Prompt features.

Strangely, I wasn't receiving these errors a few days ago. I've confirmed with the sysadmins that no updates were deployed to our machines over the weekend, and I hadn't made any manual updates prior to seeing this error.

I saw this error with SQL Prompt 7.3, then installed SQL Prompt 7.5.1, but am still getting it.

    Sorry to hear that you are getting that error on multiple VS/SSMS versions.

    When do you normally see it - is it on startup? Would it be possible to attach a screenshot?
