What does the lightning bolt icon next to a table name mean?

I recently upgraded SQL Prompt from 7.3 to 7.5 and I've noticed that some of the entries in the table picker have little lightning bolt icons next to them. I've tried to compare ones that do show the icons with ones that don't, but I can't spot any consistent differences that would explain it.

    Ding Ding! I think we have a winner.

    That explanation checks out for every table I've looked at. And I just noticed that the SSMS icon for triggers is also a lightning bolt, so that seems like pretty good evidence that they're related.
