Bug or Feature, or just don't know how

Ok, this is either a bug, a feature, or I just don't know where the setting is, but I'm having a problem with running SQL Data Compare to pull data down to my dev box: it fills up the transaction logs in a hurry.

Is there any way to automatically generate a transaction log cleanup at the end of the script?

    Thanks for your question. I can see why this could be a useful feature but I don't think there is a way to do this using Data Compare at the moment.

    You could suggest this feature on Uservoice at https://redgate.uservoice.com/forums/14 ... ta-compare . If the feature gets lots of interest it's more likely we will look at implementing it in the future.
