SQL Prompt 7 menu not showing on SSMS 2016

I recently installed SSMS 2016 but my Prompt 7 menu is not visible at all.

I do have SSMS 2014 installed & Prompt is there. How do I enable it for 2016?

Hi D1rtyD0g,

Would it be possible to try updating to the latest version of SQL Prompt Pro?
http://download.red-gate.com/checkforupdates/SQLPrompt/SQLPrompt_7.5.1.1000.exe

If you installed SSMS 2016 after installing SQL Prompt then you will need to rerun the installer so that it can install into SSMS 2016 too. Hope that makes sense.
