couldn't attach to the process you selected, because another

I'm trying to evaluate ANTS Memory Profiler; but when I attempt to attach to my .NET 4 process which is already running, I get the message...

"ANTS Memory Profiler couldn't attach to the process you selected, because another profiler is already attached to this process."

I'm pretty sure I didn't have another profiler attached as Visual Studio isn't running, and I've installed no other profilers. So, I tried attaching to some other .NET 4 process on my machine (explorer, slack, screenhero, etc) and ever time I attempt to attach I get the SAME MESSAGE.

Any ideas?

    Hi Dave,

    Can you search your registry for COR_ENABLE_PROFILING and COR_PROFILER, and if any keys exist delete them, then try again?
