HTTP ERROR 403

Hi,
I have just set up SQL monitor for the first time, however when trying to access the webpage for SQL Monitor from another PC (not the server its hosted on) I receive "You don't have authorisation to view this page. HTTP ERROR 403"
Is there some configuration I have missed?

    I've emailed you from the support system to investigate this further.

    It turns out this was a proxy configuration issue on the basemonitor server.
