Server vs Client Install

Are there any benefits to installing ANTS on a server vs doing the profiling from a developer's machine?

    Not hugely, no.

    However developer environments are rarely "clean", whereas Servers tend to be more consistently reproducible, so you might get slightly better real world examples.
