SQL Search 2 does not show up in SSMS 2016 toolbar

Installed SSMS 2016. Installed SQL Search 2.3.0. It does not show up in any toolbar in SSMS 2016. What am I doing wrong?

    Same here :(
    It started to happen after I install SQL Prompt, I was able to use it earlier.

    nevermind, it looks like it was in toolbar just hidden due to the screen resolution. :D
