Deploy TOP 100000 rows

I need to deploy 600000 rows, however I run out of memory when trying. So I was thinking of deploying 6 x 100000 rows or so. Is there an easy way to select 100000 rows?

    At the moment only way to do this is using "Where" clause. More about it here.
