Bug: When databases are identical....

When databases are identical it allows you to click the "Deploy" button, which then comes up and tells you that you didn't select anything to deploy....well, there is nothing to deploy.

In V11, the deploy button was disabled.

Thanks for the feedback - sounds sensible, so we'll look into changing this

We've fixed this in the latest Frequent Update version, 12.0.32.3340.
