SSMS 16 Doesn't Recognize SQL Prompt

I recently installed SSMS 16 (13.0.15700.28) and have SQL Prompt 7 (7.2.4.291) installed. SSMS doesn't recognize SQL Prompt. How can I fix this?

    Hi Michael,

    Unfortunately SQL Prompt doesn't recognise SSMS installs if they have been installed after Prompt.

    If you re-install SQL Prompt (uninstall and reinstall, repairing won't work), it should show up in SSMS 2016.
