I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with the SQL Toolbelt! The best way to solve this would be to include your serial number and open a new ticket with our support team, they will be able to investigate the status of your activations in more detail.

I installed all SQL Toolbelt components on my local machine. I'm using SSMS 2016. It worked fine for 30 days, an then it said my trial expired, which was odd because I entered a valid key when i installed. We have a 10 user license, so I entered the key agai however a message returned stating that the key was already in use? I uninstalled all the components, reinstalled, tried to enter the key again, however when I type it in the Activate button remains greyed out. I uninstalled again, reinstalled, and now none of the Toolbelt features display anywhere in SSMS what so ever. Please help. Thanks!
