I have databases that are matching in SQL Compare, but not in DLM dashboard. They were restored from the same source database backup and then have been put through a few DLM deployments as a test.
This is happening to me. I submitted a report ticket and it appears that when the DLM tool get the schema the tables are the same, but they are not in the same order for whatever reason. So when DLM compare the files, it say they are different. It's a known issue apparently.
