Is there any way to change the default filter?
I have setup a filter which is appropriate for our support teams but they need to manually change it every time they login.
Can't find anywhere obvious to set it so my gut feel is that it can't be done but thought I would ask the question anyway.

    Hi,

    The custom filter for Alerts? We've just reproduced this and we consider it to be a bug as it should persist, so we'll add it to our bug tracking. I can't give you an idea when we might fix it, but I've added a note to reply to this thread if and when we do.
