Commit Changes with same object name

Hi

I am having SQL Source Control Version 4.4.0..1714 standard edition

While trying to test a Commit Changes option, I simply created a table as Dbo.Test in SSMS and after I did Commit Changes, I was surprised to see the file name in SVN as Dbo.Test1.

I am trying to find out the option to have the same name should go after I do Commit Changes , can someone please suggest how to do, or I am missing something.
