For some reason, when trying to setup a Manual Connection in Source Control For Oracle v. 3.0.5.1416, one of the users on a VM does not see the drop down to chose a Service Name.

This was fine until recently, when our DBA's moved our development instances to Service Names.

Anyway, does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

    What happens if you type in the service name does it connect? Can you send us a screen shot to support@red-gate.com?
