Unfortunately, SQL Source Control will not work with Microsoft Azure.
Apologies for the bad news.

Does RedGate support Source Control for SQL Azure DataBase? because when I tried to link my sql azure database using Red-Gate- TFS there is an error:
The database version for scripts may be only SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005, or SQL Server 2008, or SQL Server 2012.
