I just downloaded the latest build of SSMS. I also reinstalled all of my redgate tools. None of the redgate tools are showing up in SSMS 2016, they only show up in SSMS 2014. I can't use SSMS 2014 because we are using Sql Server 2016 RC2.

I too have this problem, and had it for SQL Prompt as well. Was able to download the SQLPrompt fix and it worked, but Source Control seems more elusive to find on the site. Could you possibly place a link in this post to get the update?
