False Backup Overdue Alerts

Since installing .8 and now .9, we receive a false log backup overdue and full backup overdue every time the threshhold is reached, 3 hours. We use Red Gate Backup and it runs every five minutes on the servers receiving the false alerts. Is there a way to fix this?

    Our Development team is aware of this situation, and they are actively working towards a resolve for it. Unfortunately we do not have an ETA for a fix as of yet, but, again, they are actively working on a resolution.

    Thanks for your patience with this issue. I have received an update that this issue should be resolved in the released 5.0.10 version of SQL Monitor.
