Error upgrading from 5.0 to 5.0.3

Ran the 5.0.3 upgrade. When it finished I was taken to a web page that eventually timed out saying "Unable to upgrade the Data Repository schema" with this error, "Cannot find the object "config.Cluster_AvailabilityGroup_Replica_Database_DmvPerformance_AlertConfiguration" because it does not exist or you do not have permissions.". I tried Windows, SQL Server & Base Monitor logins, none worked. SQL Server is on a different server than the base monitor.
