Cannot Access Resource

I have SQL Backup 7.7.0.18
I have followed the step here: https://documentation.red-gate.com/disp ... entication
Everything is step up correctly.
When doing a backups or restores from SQL Backup, I cannot access the backup folder, data folder (For restoring a new database, I cannot place new .mdf files), or Log (Same for restoring .ldf).
However, when I do all of these things from SQL Server Management Studio locally or otherwise, I have no problems doing any or all of these actions. I have full Administrative rights on the server and within SQL Server.
Any help with getting folder access through SQL Backup would be helpful.

    Thanks for posting and sorry you are having this issue!

    It sounds like this is a permissions issue specifically with the SQL Backup Agent service account used.
