Bug in the check boxes behaviour after refresh

After running the compare, I checked some items and unchecked others, then I clicked refresh to refresh the compare , then I clicked deploy
after I clicked deploy, some of the items that were unchecked have been included in the deployment!!

    Thanks for your post and apologies for the delay in getting back to you!

    Do the items unselected have dependencies on the items unselected?

    If yes then they are going to be brought up in deployment so keep the database in consistent state.

    Please let me know if this is not the case.
