Hi ozgkrc,
Could you let us know what kind of objects that you're creating and dropping? Also, are you using any filters or changing any project options?
Regards,

Hello David,
Actually, all I want is to see the unique objects(tables,SPs etc..) in both tables in the generated report. I'm not using any filters and I am using default project options.
Thank you,

Hello Ozgu,
Unfortunately, I've been unable to replicate the exact issue you're experiencing.
I would recommend contacting our support team using the following link: https://redgatesupport.zendesk.com. They should be able to work with you to get a replication of the issue and allow us to work towards a fix.
Regards,
David

So, I generate a report with these settings:
If you look at the first picture I have objects which only exists on each database, but in generated report it shows 0 unique items
So, why is there inconsistency between UI and generated report? Am I missing a setting for this?
