We have email set up and working for most of the alerts but do not get them for "Long Running Query" even though the setup shows we should. Are emails sent out for that alert or is that erroneously included as an option or broken?

    Hi,

    Email alerts are only sent out the first time an alert is raised for a particular instance, until that alert has been cleared in the SQL Response interface.

    If you clear the long running query alert, do you still not get an email when it is raised again?

    Went in and cleared all alerts. I'll let you know what happens.

    That did the trick. My guess is that there were already a couple occurrences of that alert before I got the email set up. Thanks!
