I first encountered an "unexpected error" dialog about trying to add the same objects (database) twice. If this is erroneous, then SqlCompare should not allow it (perhaps a warning when selecting objects to include).
Shortly after that, the application crashed ("SQL Dependency Tracker 2 has stopped working".
I expect that the model was getting too large, but I did not try the DEBUG option.
