Critical Alert Escalation

Hi All,

In our organization, we are using Redgate as our Monitoring Tool. There is a question from my manager that "Whether Redgate has any escalation alert system?"(i.e) A critical incident happens in SQL and redgate alerts that via mail to all DBAs and if DBAs failed to notice that alert, the same alert need to be forwarded to the higher authorities, automatically.

Could you please let us know about the feature?
