SQL Prompt 5 failed to load

I am facing same Issue :
Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
The Add-in 'SQL Prompt 5' failed to load or caused an exception.
Would you like to remove this Add-in?
If you choose yes, the file it was loaded from, 'C:ProgramDataMicrosoftSQL Server Management Studio11.0\AddinsRedGate.SQLPrompt.SSMSUI.2011.AddIn', will be renamed.

Error Message: The system cannot find the file specified.

I tried to install Beta version -- But it was asking for Latest vesrion on Visual Studio , as i din't have I went ahead without that thought it would atleast help SSMS, but it still failed .

Can someone please help ?

    I've moved your post to a new topic so that it can be resolved separately.

    Could you try uninstalling all of the addins and just install SQL Prompt? The latest stable release can be downloaded here.
