Bug: Right-click shows multiple SQL Prompt menus

Sadly, Windows' snip tool doesn't let me show you that after SSMS started, I can now right-click within a script and see THREE sets of the SQL Prompt menu choices. I had two prior to the latest restart...

Perhaps it's because SSMS died on me...?

Anyway, if this happens again, and I get my fourth and possibly fifth set, I'll be out of screen real-estate!

    Hi Stephen,

    I think this might be related to bug we recently discovered when using both SSMS 2012 and 2014. For some reason after alternating between them it adds a new menu item rather than replacing the existing one. We have a fix that we've included in 6.5.0.336 (which is now the latest build on check for updates and from the website) if you could try it and see if it fixes the issue for you?
