term 'New-DatabaseRelease' is not recognized

Hello,

I keep getting an error message stating that "The term 'New-DatabaseRelease' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program."
I am using SQL Release with Octopus Deploy. Steps are defines following examples on your website.
In addition, if I open PowerShell console on the same machine as the step is being executed, and run New-DatabaseRelease - everything works.
Any ideas what I might be missing?

    Have you restarted the tentacle since installing SQL Release? This needs to be done as the tentacle won't have picked up the install.
