Are there any options in DLM DB (DLM Dashboard) to exclude changes by some common term, name? For example exclude all CREATE LOGIN commands or all DCLs? Just looking to see if there is any way to control what triggers the thing and what doesn't separate from the limitations already listed.

I am afraid that currently DLM Dashboard doesn't offer that feature.
There is a uservoice posting in DLM's uservoice forum asking for a similar feature.

If you want you can vote for it or if you feel that it is not exactly what you had in mind can create a new one.
Our DLM Product Management team actively monitors the uservoice's forum when deciding on new futures to implement.
