Free DLM Dashboard?

Hallo, i am new to this forum and also to redgate products, but i have red about this DLM Dashboard and find the idea great.
But i am not clear wheter it is allowed to install this product for internal use without having any license of redgate in use. Is it allowed? Pls explain. Thank you.
