DLM Dashboard Installations

Is a database supposed to be created along with the installation DLM Dashboard? If so my installation may not has been successful. And every time I time to add a server it always fails with this error.

SQL Server error: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified)

I have tried changing the user logins for the DLM services but that didn't help any.

Any suggestions,

    Hi Nancy,

    There are a few things that could cause this issue:
    - Can the machine you installed DLM Dashboard on access the SQL Servers over the network?
    - Are the SQL Servers online?
    - Are all the details you entered correct?
    - Which credentials are you using to connect to SQL Server?
