No results for system databases

Trying to use SQL Search against system databases is not giving me the right results. Now I'm wondering is this by design?

Search term : backup
All object types
database : msdb

Only returns jobs and jobsteps, but not procedures or tables?


SQL Search 2.1.0.98

    Can I confirm if you have the needed permissions to access system objects?

    Yes. I am sysadmin on the server. And can view the objects in SSMS no problem
