Unfortunately this doesn't exist right now
As Red Gate produces new versions of Reflector we will keep an up to date list on our support site.
Sorry I can't be of more help, although if you have a specific query I will do my best to answer it.

Hi there,
Sorry these are not on our website yet. The changes to 5.1.4.0 are minimal. The current version (5.1.3.0) was due to expire at the end of October. The new version will now expire in March next year.
The other main change we have made is to sign the executable with an authenicode signiture to make it easier to stop the unsigned messages on Windows Server and Vista. There are one or two small decompilation fixes in there but nothing significant.
We have also moved the update location to a higher bandwidth server hopefully making the update process quicker under high load.
We are currently working on putting together a plan for some more significant releases and welcome any requests for feature ideas.

This leads me to a question:
why do you set expiration dates on Reflector releases? Why don't you just use a more classical update manager like other softwares?
I don't know if this behavior is still true, but with older versions of Reflector, I was sometimes forced to updating, otherwise Reflector wouldn't run (I usually appreciate updating my reflector, but it is sometimes difficult when you have no network access).
And, last but not least, do you plan to provide the community with a Developer's reference manual of some sort, or a NDoc CHM, well... some kind of documentation for plugins programmers?
Best regards,

Where can I find a list of the fixed bugs and implemented features?
