  They are stored as xml files under %localappdata%/Red Gate/SQL Prompt 6
  
  Out of curiosity, what do you want them for?

  My SQL install crashed and I had to reinstall. SQL prompt acts differently now (I think) I thought backing up the file from time to time might be smart. It could be that the differences I'm seeing are on the SSMS side. It might be handy to backup those settings too.

  Thanks for the additional info. We'll be adding buttons for exporting all options in SQL Prompt 6.5 to a single settings file (as requested here) so that should hopefully make this easier for you in the future.
