SQL Server error: Login failed for user 'domainmachine'.

Hi,

I would like to add databases using an account other than my own, it has less privileges and is used as a service account for other RedGate products.
I've gone into services.msc and changed the logon for "DLM Dashboard Monitoring Service" as per the instructions and restarted the service. The error I get
is telling me that the DLM page is tring to login with domainmachineName, not the account I specified.

Any ideas?

    Hi thedavegrey,

    Did you change the account for the "DLM Dashboard Web Server" service as well? If not, trying that might fix the issue.

    It should do - step 6 on this page (http://documentation.red-gate.com/displ ... er+account) I think? But thanks for the feedback, it's useful to know that those instructions aren't clear enough. I'll see what I can do to make them clearer.
