SQL Backup wont restore

Hi Guys,

I'm a newbie when it comes to using the SQL Backup software. I have encountered an issue, I am unable to restore SQB backups generated by SQL backup on some of my servers. The backups were running smoothly and i have decided to test those backups (BTW, I am not the one that installed the instance and the SQL backup components as well) .unfortunately, It failed and generated an error 610. I have discovered that the instances that are having problems are the instances(SQL Server service and SQL Backup Agent) which is running under a LOCAL SYSTEM account (bad :C) while the others that are running on their own service account runs smooth. Do you think this is the main cause of the problem?

What is the optimal settings that you may advise?
