tracking user id of error sender

is there a way to receive the windows login of the user that is sending the error report?

    Hi and thanks for your post!

    Regarding your question, you can create your own error dialog box (using the templates from the SDK) and add a custom property that will let you see the users' names in the reports you'll receive. The following articles have more details on this:

    To accommodate users who might be under tight security though, it may be best to provide the option on the dialog box of whether the username should be saved in the report or not.
