One server no longer reporting alerts

I added a server to be monitored yesterday and all was working fine for around an hour but then stopped returning alert results for this server.

The status is fine and it's updating the CPU/Memory etc so the connection is fine. There's space on the disk and all other SQL servers being monitored are returning alerts as expected.

I've tried restarting the services, which brings back an alert immediately, but looking into the details of that alert t's dated from yesterday. I'm getting any authentication messages (it's the same account running it as for the other monitored servers) so I'm a little stumped. None of the alerts have been disabled in the configuration screen.

Am I missing anything?

    Please can you send the SQL Monitor error logs to support@red-gate.com (navigate to Configuration > About and select Retrieve all log files).
