Timeout errors when getting error reports

I have had this issue before, and apparently many reports were present on your server (despite me deleing them all in the desktop app).

Can you help, please.

    So sorry for the long delay in responding to this post!

    I believe we worked on this issue via a ticket (#29666)?

    If that was not you though, please send us an email at support@red-gate.com with your serial key included and we will delete the reports from our server.
