Error after installing SQL Monitor 4

I installed SQL Monitor 4 on my Windows 7 laptop using IIS 7. Both the web server & base monitor are on this server. Everything seemed to install fine, I followed the IIS instructions and created the web site fine. But when I try to browse to that site I get this error: "The credentials supplied to the package were not recognized". I can't find anything explaining how to fix this.

Any ideas? Thanks!

    I tried searching here, couldn't find anything. Googled the error along with "site:red-gate.com" and found someone else who had the same problem and solved it. I had to change the user of the IIS7 Application Pool. Did that and everything is working. Wish they'd put that in a FAQ or on their page that says how to setup IIS.
