Source Control Disappeared from SSMS

Hi, yesterday SSMS 2012 crashed with a source control error(stupidly didnt note the error). I restarted ssms and everything worked fine. After rebooting my PC today source control as an option is now missing from SSMS 2012 although if I open ssms 2008 it is still there. Source Control is linking to TFS 2013. Can anyone help? I havent uninstalled/reinstalled as this will involve raising a support call and losing access to my PC for a period. Hopefully there is another option.
