Tool bar resetting

Every time I restart SSMS my Red Gat tool bar resets to:
SQL Source Control
Tab History
Add-ins
SQL Test
SQL Search


I have changed it a number of times now via the SSMS configuration and it keeps going back to that order and those items. I really only want the SQL Search and Tab History in the tool bar.

I am running SQL Server 2008 R2 10.50.2500.0

    Thanks for your post and apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

    Do you go to Tools --> Customize --> Toolbars --> 'Select 'Redgate'' --> Commands --> And remove 'Add-ins' and 'SQL Test' from here?
