Ignore Users

I'm having a problem with SQL Source Control(3.7.5.328) to ignore user permissions. I've set IgnorePermissions, Ignore Users and IgnoreUserProperties to True. I've restarted Management studio and relinked source control and it still compares my users to SVN source control. Any ideas?
