Strange Error in profiler startup

Hi folks,

When I run the ANTS performance profiler from VS2013 I get the following error: There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk in drive DeviceHarddisk1DR1.
The application is a WPF/.net 4.0 application. The application does not attempt to read any network drives or any other drives apart from AppData and ProgramData.

I looked in the profiler log files but could not find any error entries.
Any suggestions?
