UI Bug-Changing a value does not activate the Apply button

Open SQL Response
Find a long running query error, right-click and choose "Edit Alert Criteria"
In the "Query Running Longer than:" box, change the value WITHOUT USING THE SPINNER. Just type in a new value.
Note that the "Apply Changes" button never activates.
Hit the spinner button, either direction, and the Apply Changes becomes enabled.

Let me know if you need more details. This is a very reproducible problem.
